The Company expanded business in the Philippines supplying Japan electronic brands and commercial equipment to businesses in the Philippines. This company is the maker of the world’s leading fishing commercial equipment but their partners in the Philippines are Local and Japanese companies.

Position: Japanese Sales Specialist

Salary: P 60,000 to P 80,000
All Basic Salary (13th Month is P 60K to P 80K)

Schedule: Dayshift (8am to 5pm)

Requirements of the Japanese Sales Specialist:

- Filipino who can speak Japanese
-No JLPT required but open to N3, N2 and N1 Level
-Applicants located in Japan can apply and attend interview online
-Willingness to work in Makati City, Philippines (Housing allowance will be provided)
-Open to Male and Female candidates
-Open to degree holder and undergraduate of college
-Senior Highschool graduates can apply
-Candidate who has experience in Sales and Marketing
-Candidate who has experience in dealing with Japanese clients or B2B
-Confident in communication and has ability to do proposals and discussion
-Has positive attitude and goal driver and willingness to work with Filipino and Japanese
-Self Motivated and target driven and results oriented
-Having B2B client experience is a great advantage

What are the duties and responsibilities:

-Manage existing Japanese clients and handle their request
-Check existing clients from time to time maintaining great relationship
-Become client’s POC and main contact if they have inquiries or orders
-Develop long term partnership and open new accounts if needed
-Attend meeting with japanese clients for discussion of proposals and negotiation
-Explaining the proposal, contracts and partnership reminders when needed
-Coordinate with Japanese clients and Suppliers for orders
-The job is more on client relationships, building partnership, Sourcing suppliers, discussion of proposals, logistics coordination and Order processing of Japanese clients.
