Our client is seeking experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapists to support and help grow a specialized orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation program. This role blends handson clinical care with opportunities to contribute to program development, clinical protocols, and community engagement. The position offers extended oneonone treatment sessions in a patientfocused, cashbased environment that prioritizes outcomes over insurance limitations. The ideal candidate is a motivated orthopedic PT who enjoys treating active adults, values autonomy, and is excited to contribute to a growing specialty program. Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, embraces new treatment technologies, and consistently delivers exceptional patient outcomes. Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | Relocation Assistance: Limited Work Schedule: 45 days per week onsite, with occasional evening or weekend community events as required Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clinical staff and mentor support personnel.
- Participate in community education, workshops, and referralbuilding activities.
- Provide individualized oneonone care with a low daily caseload (~78 patients/day)
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation with minimal administrative burden.
- Support development of orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation protocols, including shockwave therapy (training provided)
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidencebased orthopedic techniques, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and returntoactivity programming.
Qualifications (Must-Haves) - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Iowa PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Interest in regenerative rehabilitation techniques (training provided)
- Experience treating orthopedic conditions, including returntoactivity or returntosport rehabilitation.
Preferred Skills: - Outpatient orthopedic or pelvichealth background.
- Comfort working in a small, autonomous outpatient setting.
- Experience with manual therapy, returntosport programming, or specialty program development.
