Fast Strike Wellness Clinic is seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health counselor to join our compassionate team as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic counseling sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to their individual needs.


• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' mental health goals.


• Maintain up-to-date and detailed client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.


• Provide ongoing therapeutic interventions for clients with various mental health diagnoses, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and stress-related conditions.


• Regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic mental health services.


• Engage in team meetings and contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented culture that enhances service delivery.


• Manage and monitor a diverse caseload in a remote private practice setting, ensuring timely follow-up and adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Fast Strike Wellness Clinic serves a wide-ranging clientele, including individuals from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our therapists are skilled in providing culturally competent care, addressing the unique challenges faced by clients, and implementing strategies that foster resilience and personal growth. Our patients may present with a variety of mental health concerns, ranging from mild challenges to severe psychological disorders, including co-occurring disorders such as substance use and mental health issues.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.


• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).


• At least two years of relevant professional experience in mental health counseling.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.


• Exceptional problem-solving abilities to assess complex client situations and develop effective treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of trauma-informed care principles. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and family systems therapy, is highly desirable. A commitment to ongoing education and professional development is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
