Blissful Counseling Hub, LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their unique mental health challenges and personal dynamics.


• Develop customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, monitoring client progress and adjusting plans as needed to ensure effective care.


• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, emphasizing trust-building and a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.


• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring that records are up to date and comply with relevant health regulations.


• Participate in regular staff meetings and collaborative discussions, contributing insights and strategies to enhance our service offerings.


• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and care consistent with their therapeutic goals.


• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with tools to manage their mental health effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients dealing with various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and relationship difficulties. You will utilize a systems-based approach to therapy, which acknowledges the interconnectedness of family dynamics and individual mental health, ensuring that treatment encompasses the needs of both the individual and their relationships.

Qualifications

• A Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.


• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).


• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals and families.


• Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients, displaying empathy and effective communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving capabilities, particularly in the context of therapeutic challenges and crises.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health clinic or with underserved populations is a plus.


• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices.


• Additional certifications or training in specific therapeutic methodologies (e.g., CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy) will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
