Right Path Behavioral Health is seeking an empathetic and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team as a full-time independent contractor. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each clients goals.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and specialists to formulate holistic treatment strategies, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Continuously monitor client progress by utilizing evidence-based practices and refining treatment strategies to maximize therapeutic impact.
• Collect and analyze clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and contribute to ongoing program development.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with all regulatory requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research, therapeutic methodologies, and best practices within mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will cater to a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Each client presents a unique set of challenges and experiences, allowing you to employ your skills effectively across different demographics. Our clients come to us from various backgrounds, seeking assistance with issues such as relationship dynamics, trauma, depression, anxiety, and family conflicts.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program is required.
• An active and valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon.
• At least three years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in the delivery of mental health services.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to effectively manage caseloads and meet client needs promptly.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in clinical research, data collection, and coding may be advantageous for applicants, as this could enhance our understanding of treatment efficacy and improve client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package also includes:
