Position: Japanese Sales Engineer

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Half-day every Saturday)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can do conversational in Japanese
Open up to JLPT N2 level; no JLPT certificate required.
With working experience in Sales, B2B, Client-facing, or a relevant field is preferred
With experience in any manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor company is an advantage
Preferably with Driver’s License
Willing to work onsite in Cavite
Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably Business Management
Open to Undergraduates with good Sales experiences

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify, target, and acquire new Japanese business accounts to expand the company’s client base.
Conduct regular client visits to promote manufacturing products and deliver tailored solutions.
Handle sales proposals, price quotations, and client agreements.
Negotiate sales terms, prices, and contracts to successfully close business deals and meet target goals.
Coordinate with internal technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate product delivery and customer/client satisfaction.
