Vice President, Global Head of Access Services

Chicago or New York | Hybrid (4 days/week)

The Opportunity

We are working exclusively with our client for a senior executive to lead its global market access and connectivity business ~$400M. This is a highly visible leadership role and will span defining the strategy, product roadmap, commercial direction, and growth of the global access services portfolio. The successful candidate will own the business end-to-end while partnering closely with engineering, infrastructure, sales, operations, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global strategy and commercial success of the firm's market access and connectivity business.


• Drive product strategy, roadmap, pricing, revenue growth, and P&L performance.


• Lead the development and enhancement of exchange connectivity products, including physical and logical access solutions.


• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to deliver new products and connectivity capabilities.


• Build strong relationships with trading firms, broker-dealers, network providers, and other market participants.


• Represent the business with senior executives, customers, and industry stakeholders.


• Lead cross-functional initiatives across product, technology, operations, legal, compliance, finance, and sales.
