Digital Workplace & Automation Engineer - Leading Financial Company - J13127 (Hong Kong)

Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a Digital Workplace & Automation Engineer to join the team.

Responsibilities:
- Support the enterprise deployment and daily adoption of next-generation AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot, across regional business functions.
- Architect, build, and sustain low-code business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to optimize day-to-day operational efficiency.
- Analyze middle-office and trading workflows within Equity Derivatives to discover digital transformation opportunities that remove manual operational overhead.
- Apply AI risk governance standards by embedding Responsible AI guidelines, data protection policies, and corporate security mandates into technical implementations.
- Engage directly with traders, operations analysts, and business managers to convert front-office needs into actionable proof-of-concept projects and technical deliverables.
- Deliver technical workshops and user enablement sessions to assist end-users and track measurable productivity gains.
- Coordinate with central cloud infrastructure and information security squads to ensure seamless integration with Microsoft Azure environments.

Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 2 year + proven hands-on experience in workplace digitization, Microsoft 365 ecosystem enhancements, or enterprise process automation.
- Practical development experience within the Microsoft Power Platform suite, specifically Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Direct exposure to modern enterprise AI frameworks, such as Azure AI services, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Solid grasp of AI governance protocols, information security policies, and financial data privacy standards.
- Sharp analytical mindset with a strong ability to translate complex business challenges into structured technical solutions.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
