MLOps Technical Lead-CCaaS, Onsite

We have an immediate need for an experienced MLOps Technical Lead with strong expertise in CCaaS, conversational AI, Java, Python, cloud architecture, and enterprise customer experience platforms to design, develop, and lead scalable cloud-based contact center and IVA solutions.

This is an onsite position open to candidates who can work from Phoenix, AZ; Charlotte, NC; or Sunrise, FL, for a candidate with deep experience in Java, Python, GCP, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Apigee, BigQuery, Terraform, IAM, VPC, cloud security, encryption, OAuth, and enterprise conversational AI.

No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
