Job Description:

• Researches, designs, implements and manage software programs as well as testing and evaluating new programs.

• Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

• Writing and implementing efficient code. Develop quality assurance procedures and deploy software tools, processes and metrics.

• Works closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts. Acts as team leader on projects.

• Participates in development of software user manuals. Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.

• Consults with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of thirteen (13) in software development and/or related field;

• Must have 2+ years of UiPath Development experience, through both attended and un-attended development.

• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator (processes, jobs, queues, triggers, and assets), Studio, StudioX and Analyzer.

• Experience with REFramework and state machines.

• Experience acting as an RPA Developer / Citizen Developer.

• Highly experienced creating PDDs & SDDs for development.

• Proven experience developing, testing, and deploying UiPath BOTs into production, across all use case complexities.

• Must have experience working in an Agile environment.

• Experienced with version control tools such as GitHub

• Business domain knowledge on service desk processes, integration with ServiceNow, Genesys

Preferred Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience using .Net Framework, SQL to develop enterprise solutions.

• 3+ years of UiPath Development experience, through both attended and un-attended development.

• Experience with UiPath Test Suite, Action Center & UiPath Platform Administration.

• Advanced UiPath Developer Certification (UiARD)

Additional Required Skills/Experience:

A minimum of thirteen (13) year's experience in software development and/or related field;

A degree from an accredited College/University in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred;

Works on high-visibility, or mission critical aspects of a given program, and performs all functional duties independently.

Oversees the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Experience training/mentoring less experienced personnel;

Able to obtain Postal clearance;

Excellent communication skills.
