Contribute reliable, detail-oriented, and engaged support for corporate efforts to promote patient safety by engaging CRICOs insured clinicians with our content. Use established communication channels and emerging technologies to drive brand awareness and use of patient safety resources. Support internal communication activities to inform and engage staff and improve corporate efficiency. Responsible for supporting the Communications Department with the fulfillment of its goals and objectives, including email campaign production and deployment; digital content production; photography, video, and multi-media production; meeting planning and event support; editorial planning and coordination. Key Duties & Accountabilities:
- Copy-editing:
- Leverage excellent copy-editing skills to support the production of error-free content delivery
- Email campaign production and deployment:
- Produce and deploy two monthly newsletters from provided content
- Collaborate with internal customers to promote their initiatives through email campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing of emails
- Collect email result data and metrics
- Maintain our inventory of contact lists
- Digital content production:
- Contribute to the creation, production, and maintenance of digital content on our public website (leveraging our Sitecore SXA platform) and internal SharePoint 365 site
- Help to maintain website tagging and SEO enhancement campaigns
- Photography, video, and multi-media production:
- Act as an assistant video producer during recording sessions
- Organize and maintain video library
- Capture, post-process, and publish headshots for new employees to match established formats
- Organize and maintain photo library of headshots and corporate events
- Meeting planning and event support:
- Assist with planning and executing bi-monthly all staff meetings
- Support event planning as needed
- Editorial planning and coordination:
- Assist with planning and executing team and company-wide editorial planning meetings
- Maintain our editorial calendar
- Coordinate data from disparate channels to assess the success of marketing efforts and offer alternative approaches to increase engagement

Knowledge: Education, Experience, & Skills: - Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a corporate environment (health care, insurance, or a related field)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Sitecore (preferred) or similar web CMS
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro)
- Photography experience
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 product suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PPT, MS Teams)
