Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cost accounting system for clients
• Analyze and report cost variances to clients' senior management
• Participate in month-end closing process and account reconciliations
• Help drive process improvements and system implementation projects
• Develop and implement cost accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare and present cost accounting reports and findings to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a consulting environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in accounting systems and software, specifically Oracle and QuickBooks
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
