We are hiring Office Services Assistant for one of our clients in Oxford, NJ(link removed)>

Job Description:

  • Proficient with personal computers in a windows environment including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Publisher.
  • Working knowledge of office practices, proper grammar, spelling and punctuation, and basic arithmetic and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to manage phone system and learn voicemail.
  • Ability to take clear, concise messages.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment (fax, copier, printer).
  • Ability to maintain filing systems.
  • Knowledge of office/program support activities.
  • Specific knowledge of work unit programs and activities.
  • Knowledge of basic math and bookkeeping, Accounts Payable a plus, telephone procedures, and standard business communication.

Desired skills:

  • Ability to acquire Purchase Orders, pay invoices, track Federal Grant Budget, prepare reports and be able to create spreadsheets.

Experience required:

  • Knowledge of basic math and bookkeeping, Accounts Payable a plus.

Work hours:

  • M-F (8:30 4:00)
  • Lunch period: 12:00-12:30
