Job Description
You will be driving the Artificial Intelligence (AI) I revolution in medical imaging by kick-starting the AI business of Philips in North America (US and Canada). Philips recently introduced its new AI Manager platform product. It provides radiologists access to 100+ AI applications and integrates AI results into reading and reporting workflows. There is no clinician not thinking about AI. You will bring product, customer, and organization together to build a scalable and profitable business in North America. You will be part of the global Philips AI Informatics team (part of the larger Clinical Informatics team) and working closely with the local Philips market organization. The AI Product Manager - Business Development for North America is based in Cambridge, MA.

Your role:

Develop a go-to-market strategy for your territory that lifts the potential of AI in medical imaging.
Create a funnel of AI opportunities in your territories (initially the United States, Canada and possibly expanding to Central America). Follow-up on the execution of the opportunities in close relationship of your local sales colleagues and the global business unit teams and become direct responsible for the order intake of the Philips AI solutions.
Engage with the industry partners (AI implementation partners and AI application developers) to maximize sales impact.
Evangelize the solution to customer executives by actively participating in local specialized conferences and tradeshows. Stay on top of industry trends, collect information to strengthen the Philips unique selling points.
Work closely together and train the internal Philips teams (North American sales teams; global engineering, support, marketing and product management teams; legal and regulatory teams; etc).
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.



You're the right fit if:


Bachelors degree or higher in the area of medicine, economics, software engineering or related
Minimum 5 years of relevant Health IT business development and sales experience.
Excellent understanding of the North American Healthcare IT market (Health AI solutions, PACS, RIS, EMR).
Basic understanding of industry and privacy standards (DICOM, HL7, FIHR, cloud regulations)
Salesforce knowledge is an asset.
A team player who is able to show personal leadership.
Innovative mindset with the ability to adjust plans in line with the dynamics of the market, the customer and internal Philips strategy changes.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convince customers and partners, also through video conferencing tools.
Willingness to travel, mainly in the assigned territory (approx. 30% of your time).

Philips Transparency Details


The pay range for this position is $106,538 to $196,686, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
