Where are we going?
Our goal is to transition from a predominantly human-centric innovation model to one that harnesses the power of AI-driven innovation, and even evolving into (semi) autonomous innovation programs that imagine, create, and launch new products and services at unprecedented speed, quality and success.
In order to get there, we are searching for technically-savvy profiles, data scientists, individuals who are actively experimenting with AI tools, as well as enthusiasts who enjoy exploring low-code, no-code, and (basic) coding builders. We'd love to hear if you get excited about the following:
- Assisted insights mining; make data driven decisions by summarizing, questioning and structuring data with AI
- Social listening analysis: connect SL-tools with api's of LLM's to get to real-time and deep market analyses
- Synthetic user testing: test your ideas or products with Al participants
- AI-led innovation pipeline: create (semi)autonomously flow of validated new business concepts
The Challenge
We're not looking for traditional resumes and cover letters. Instead, we would love to see your creativity and innovation in action. Hack your way into our team by showcasing your AI-powered innovation skills.
Develop a prototype? Demonstrate a concept? Or pitch an idea that moves us closer to autonomous innovation. Here are some areas to inspire your creativity:
- AI-led concept generator: show us a system that you created that uses AI to generate and validate innovative business concepts autonomously.
- Real-time market insights: create a prototype-tool that combines social listening analysis with API integrated real-time, deep market insights.
- Synthetic user feedback loop: Design a mock solution for continuous testing and improvement of ideas or products using AI-generated user feedback.
- AI-driven innovation pipeline: Build an autonomous pipeline for nurturing new business concepts following the "Generate > Validate > Curate" engine by Board of Innovation.
