Compensation and Benefits - Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Hourly Compensation: $25 - $30

Role OverviewAs an A&P Mechanic, your primary role, under general supervision, will involve maintaining, modifying, and servicing engine components in compliance with manufacturers specifications and FARS.
Key Responsibilities - Carry out routine maintenance and aircraft inspections in accordance with ACCs, OEM, and current manufacturers' specifications.
- Utilize aircraft engine maintenance manuals and specifications to identify repair methods for malfunctioning or damaged components.
- Execute modifications to aircraft engine systems or components following engineering orders and technical publications.
- Assemble and install various components and accessories employing hand and power tools.
- Provide emergency repairs when necessary to minimize aircraft downtime.
- Schedule maintenance checks and overhauls through the review of maintenance records and flight logs.
- Complete and maintain documentation related to the processes carried out.
- Uphold all cleanliness, safety, and sanitation regulations.

- Certifications: FAA Airframe and Powerplant
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience (6 years or more preferred)
- Skills: Ability to interpret diagrams, specifications, and schematics of aircraft engine parts/components; proficient in problem-solving and decision-making; effective communication skills; ability to work well in a team environment and execute sound judgment in aircraft maintenance and safety.
