Location: Midland, TX Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000/year Type: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401K, PTO
Your role involves conducting aircraft inspections, diagnosing discrepancies, and performing repairs. A successful candidate values teamwork, continual learning, and skill improvement.
Responsibilities: - Reflect company values through your actions and speech.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and mechanic repairs.
- Organize maintenance documentation as per company policies and FAA requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Responsible for general facility maintenance and aircraft appearance.
- Manage supply inventory and place authorized orders.
- Handle aircraft receiving, refuelling, parking, and "bedding down".
