Our distinguished client, an established provider of aerial patrol services in the Greater Permian Basin area, is looking for an Aircraft Mechanic in Midland, TX.

You'll be tasked with routine inspections, diagnosing discrepancies, and conducting repairs. They are seeking a team player who is eager to learn on the job and continuously improve their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold company values and mission
• Perform mechanic repairs and routine maintenance
• Maintain clean and organized work environment
• Manage aircraft and equipment appearance
• Undertake general facility maintenance
• Inventory management and supply orders
• Other duties as assigned

Position Details:

• Full time, permanent role with $48,000 - $80,000/yr salary
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401K, PTO

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A & P Certificates
• Ability to lift 70 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, work in varied weather conditions
• Familiarity with mechanical tasks and techniques necessary
• Availability on holidays and weekends required
• 1-year commitment required
