He will play a crucial role in driving the company's financial planning and ensuring the smooth functioning of financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in finance and accounting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions to support the company's growth.

Preferred Qualification:

CA or M Com and above with experience in Capital Markets.

10+ years of experience in the Accounts Domain, with 3-5 years of minimum experience as a AVP Finance or role equivalent to it.

Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Perform risk management by analysing the organizations liabilities, investments, and overall goals.

Develop investment strategies, taking into account the cash and liquidity risks.

Oversee fundraising plans and capital structure, ensuring appropriate cash flow for the organization's operations.

Manage the financial team consisting of Account managers, and other finance personnel.

Ensuring compliant with laws and company policies.

Prepare reliable and accurate financial reports, including current and forecasting reports.

Lead the auditing and reporting processes from end-to-end.

Accountable for all types of fund-raising efforts for business growth, if required.

Ensure proactive and thorough financial planning and analysis throughout the year. Requirements and skills

Proven experience as a Financial Officer, Controller, AVP Finance or relevant role.

In-depth knowledge of financial services accounting, reporting, and management practices.

Excellent understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.

Proficient in the use and application of various RPAs and financial software.

Ability to strategize and solve problems.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and people management skills.

An analytical mind and comfortable with numbers.

Experience in preparing accurate financial reports, analyzing financial data, and implementing internal financial controls.

Experience in preparing budgets, streamlining accounts functions, implementing reconciliation automation, and using analytical tools to give insights to management.

Experience in coordinating internal and statutory audits, highlighting financial risk factors to management, and treasury management.
