Preparation/Review of Financial Statements as per IND AS requirements and getting them audited

Preparation/Review of MIS for internal and external stakeholders

Monthly closing of the book, preparation of MIS profit & loss account, balance sheet, standard and special management reports etc
Automation of various sub process
Coordinating Leverage Function and ensuring Financial/qualitative covenants compliance of all lenders
Preparation/Review and submission of RBI Returns
Supervising various Audits
Supervising Accounting Payables
