The Role

We are looking for an organized, analytical, and results driven sales development professional to join the Zappi Sales team as an Account Development Coordinator. You will be responsible for getting our database and sales team outbound ready as we build out a scaled outbound sales function at Zappi. Core to this role will be combing through our salesforce database, enriching contacts that fit our target criteria, finding prospects in target accounts, researching, mapping, and tagging target accounts. You will elevate Zappis strategic outbound campaigns by providing the intelligence and fueling the next wave of growth at Zappi. You will work with the new business sales teams, revenue operations, the demand generation team in marketing and report into the outbound sales team. The ideal candidate is curious, has strong business acumen, and is ready to dive right in.

Responsibilities:

  • Take a brief for an outbound initiative and translate the criteria into tangible business targets for sales to conduct measured outreach
  • Research companies and build out account maps that provide core intelligence indicating how best to engage brands
  • Prepare our CRM data for outreach; making sure it is accurate, current, and complete
  • Work closely with the sales team to deliver a package that enables them to be initiate outbound outreach rapidly
  • Master the use of our tech sales stack (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Groove etc)

Requirements

  • 1+ years work experience in a professional environment
  • Strong business acumen for accessing product fit with target accounts
  • Strong cross-functional partner that can build relationships quickly across different teams within the business
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Groove a plus
  • Likes working with data and would consider yourself to be data-driven and data-obsessed
  • A problem-solver who enjoys working in an autonomous environment

Benefits

  • Salary range $50,000 - $60,000 per annum. Salaries are benchmarked annually
  • Unlimited holidays we want well rested and motivated teams so encourage people to take plenty of time off. We dont cap your allowance, but do set a minimum of at least 20 days per year plus national holidays
