Purpose of Job:

An ISSI Client Services Representative’s prime objective is to learn the ISSI software and provide daily support to ISSI clients on the use of the software.

Position Reports to:

Manager of Installation and Support (CS Manager)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s) of this position:

• Having strong computer and analytical skills


• Having strong written and verbal communication skills


• Having a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred


• Having strong organization skills


• Having the ability to work independently and proactively while also possessing good teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the ISSI software


• - Provide day to day support with ISSI clients via phone and email


• - Manage the outstanding items list for their base of clients


• - Write up work orders for each issue/request for their base of clients


• - Visit each of their assigned clients at least once a year


• - Train clients on system processes


• - Research/troubleshoot issues with the system, while developing a sense of ownership of the items worked on


• - Involvement in special projects


• - Participate in the weekly Helpdesk shifts


• - Participate in team projects as well as new client implementations


• - Consider and apply the preservation of ISSI ethics, policies, and standards

Requirements:

• 4- year College degree required


• College GPA 3.0 or above

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
