The Senior Account Manager (Sr. AM) is the primary liaison between the client and ARM.   The AM will help lead the strategic vision for growing and optimizing client campaigns.  The AM will be responsible for meeting clients’ budget and performance goals by putting together campaigns focusing on influencers in the audio space.  This role will make sure all facets of the campaign – from creative concepting to campaign tracking to influencer communication and more – run smoothly.  This role will also be responsible for leading and mentoring 1 or more media buyers/coordinators and helping to guide them on the tactical elements of campaigns as well as focusing on personal development.  ARM aims to have all account managers constantly working to exceed client expectations. 





Key Responsibilites




  • Primary liaison with the client, including weekly calls and email communication

  • Campaign development and management, including maintaining and meeting client budgets as well as presenting shows and optimizing program

  • Working with strategic rep partners to negotiate and develop various audio opportunities

  • Working with media buyer team to vet, approve and present media opportunities to client

  • Liaison with analytics team to develop and analyze weekly and ad hoc tracking

  • Presenting weekly reports and making performance recommendations

  • Reconciling monthly billing and working with finance to ensure accurate billing

  • Working with internal groups to ensure all tactical elements related to client and campaigns are executed properly

  • Working with hosts or rep groups on various items to set up campaigns

  • Ad hoc client projects as requested

  • Leading media team to help with tactical elements of campaigns

  • Supporting and teach media team on campaign development as well as career path



Desired Skills and Abilities




  • Very comfortable in excel and working with spreadsheets and numbers

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal

  • Highly organized and able to multi-task and pivot quickly based on client and organization needs

  • Confident demeanor and ability to persuade and have a strong point of view

  • Ability to think critically and be able to fill in gaps when not all the information is clearly defined

  • Ability to lead and mentor a team. 

  • Ability to meet both internal and client deadlines as well

  • Knowledge of analytics and data interpretation to help guide clients on plan optimization

  • Some knowledge of web analytics, specifically Google Analytics

  • Self-starter who isn’t afraid to ask hard questions
