Mayvin is currently seeking an Accountable Property Specialist who will conduct various property accountability and administrative support as required to support the Management Services Division (MSD) of the United States Marshals.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must undergo a background investigation (BI)

Responsibilities:
  • Generate reports in the property management and financial management systems
  • Develop and maintain logs and databases to track accountable property
  • Analyze information to identify issues and isolate problems
  • Prepare statistical and evaluation of program performance related to various operations
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Management Office
  • Prepare correspondence related to program issues for higher-level signature
  • Prepare a variety of presentations for senior management briefings
  • Process various types of customer inquiries and documentation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • One year of experience with accountable property management
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • DoD supply/logistics experience
