Seeking an organized and committed individual to provide administrative support to the Accounting department as well as provide front desk and customer support as needed. Candidates should have strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, understand and demonstrate GAAP accounting principles and have previous bookkeeping experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.


• Understand the accounting process and be able to track/process/reconcile invoices and payments


•  Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.


• Provides administrative support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages


• Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.


• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.


• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


• Productive and efficient without compromising detail and accuracy.


• Scan documents as directed


• Previous knowledge/experience in Visual Manufacturing software is preferred and must be proficient in MS Office computer programs.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Reporting skills, maintaining employee files, dependability, organization, scheduling, confidentiality, verbal communication, teamwork, Microsoft 


• Previous knowledge/experience in Visual Manufacturing software is a MUST


• 2+ years in an administrative/office environment


• 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
