Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing accounting and financerequirements
for our international clients. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important
qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate English
clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to
consistently meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities & Duties
Maintain books of accounts of the foreign clients and regularly update the same based on data
received
Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
Research & develop best accounting, analytical and record to report practices
Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
Reconciliations
Match purchase orders with invoices
Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
Monitor office expenses and tally and enter receipts
Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and
balance sheets
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
Atleast 1-2 years of experience working in accounting function at a CA Firm/start-up/corporate
Extremely good at written & spoken English (addressing foreign clients from US, UK & Australia)
Adaptive to cloud solutions offered by Zoho, Xero, Intuit, etc.
Good at spreadsheets/ excel
Resource Expectations
Based on experience, CTC anywhere between INR 1.8 Lakhs to INR 3 Lakhs per annum
Monthly trainings, learning & development under leadership of qualified Chartered Accountants
Exposure to foreign clients, best finance tech stack and best accounting & analytical practises
