JOB DUTIES:
Develop, maintain, and analyze school income and cost, gather and assess cash flow and financial data needed to prepare financial reports and to ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines; prepare, examine, and analyze school accounting records, financial statements, transmittals, requisition records, and cash summary sheets to compile all necessary financial information for PSA’s operations; report to management and investors regarding school environment specifics such as pledges, monthly departmental reports, financial aid, and scholarships; review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile financial data to ensure accurate account balances, examine written materials and electronic financial information, verify that allocations are accurate and complying with established financial practices; advise and respond to inquiries of staff and administration regarding financial procedures, put together school accounting policies and standard practices, compile financial information for administrators to reference as necessary; analyze school operations, staffing trends, costs, revenues, purchase orders, and requisition records to project future earnings and spending, advise administration on faculty compensation and benefits changes; compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, work with professional CPA to provide requested supporting documentation in the case of auditing.

REQUIREMENT:
Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 40 hours per week
