Position Summary

We’re looking for an accounting associate to join our team! The accounting associate performs a variety of general accounting support tasks, including keeping accurate records, entering supplier invoices, and ensuring payments are processed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Record cash receipts and makes bank deposits


• Invoice entry and processing


• Record accounts payable vouchers and cash disbursements


• Conduct monthly balance sheet account reconciliations


• Provide clerical and administrative support

Qualifications and Experience:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products


• Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment


• Works well with others and is customer minded, collaborative, and accountable


• Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles is a plus
