We are looking to hire a full time Accounting Associate to be a member of the Host Healthcare Team. This individual will be responsible for specific areas of weekly payroll and client invoicing. 

This individual must be organized, have a strong attention to detail and must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in an efficient manner. The successful candidate will be a creative and energetic individual with excellent interpersonal and technical skills, and will have a unique opportunity to learn, develop, and be successful in a high-growth healthcare services company with a fun and team-oriented culture. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of payroll processing to include update of personnel data in the payroll system, maintenance of accurate payroll records, obtaining necessary approvals, and processing timesheets and payroll for Company’s traveling healthcare professionals.


• Coordination and effective communication of accounting/payroll matters with other departments.


• Responsible for accurate reconciliation and posting of sales records and cash receipts


• Ensuring compliance with Company accounting policies.


• Participating in various special projects.


• Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of business tasks.

Education & Background

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now


• Quickbooks


• Intermediate Excel skills


• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
