We have a current opening for an Accounting Intern at our Sacramento, CA, office. Position Description: The Intern will have the opportunity to put their education into action and assist the Accounting Department with assigned tasks and project work. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to, month-end processes, creating/posting journal entries, preparing reports, and certified payroll functions. Requirements - A college student studying accounting or finance to earn a bachelors degree
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of financial statements and accounting policies
- Experience with certified payroll a plus
- Strong work ethic, motivation, and drive
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- A multi-tasker who can tackle multiple projects at the same time
- A proven track record in meeting deadlines and working collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range: - $15.50/hour - $22.00/hour
