Harco Fittings LLC, founded in 1966 in Lynchburg, Virginia is a producer of gasketed joint injection-molded PVC and push-on gasketed joint ductile fittings. We currently have an exciting opportunity as an Accounting Intern. This role is based in our facility in Lynchburg, Virginia and reports to the Senior Financial Analyst.
Job Summary
We're looking for an Accounting Intern to help with daily sales invoicing, account reconciliations and analysis. This is a full time contract position from Mid-May to end of August, with a possibility of extension. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Principal Responsibilities
- Prepare daily sales invoicing
- Maintain customer records and files
- Collect, update, and organize files
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Special projects and analysis
- Perform reconciliations
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Able to handle multiple tasks and information
- Analytical
- Detail oriented
- Excellent knowledge of Windows software environment (Excel and Word compulsory)
