A day in the life of a Carrier Receivables Accounting Representative.


Process and maintain Daily Cash Records
Data Entry of all revenue received from insurance carriers and clients on a daily basis
Data Entry of daily deposits utilizing accounting systems. Finalize internal and external commission runs on a timely basis.
Reconcile and upload daily deposits.
Run and support Controller and Senior Accountant with closing
Special projects as assigned


Our future colleague.


Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
2+ years Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
High-energy level and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Advanced PC knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook

PREFERRED:
Prior experience with Sagitta
Prior insurance industry experience helpful, but not required
AS/BA in Accounting or related field, preferred.
