Title: Accountants Payable Analyst

Location: Erie, PA/ Ft. Worth, TX (Hybrid)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must Have:

• Leverage Coupa implementation to improve POT, reduce manual invoice submissions, and reduce NON PO invoices
• Leverage KPI's to target certain LE's that needs AP process overhauls and helping to improve those processes
• Utilizing the AP shared service, document process gaps across Westinghouse OU's and become the driver for change management to improve those process gaps

Description

• Lead resolution for AP transactional issues, escalations and emergencies for various Westinghouse Oracle sites
• Work with key stakeholders & improve AP processes leveraging the new Coupa platform & processes
• Facilitate manual payment, special payment, shipping notices, Force Pay requests and approvals for Westinghouse Oracle and drive adherence to new Wabtec processes
• Develop AP documentation, processes, controls and SOPs
• Lead functional requirements for AP enhancements
• Assist with Adhoc AP reporting, audit queries and reconciliations
