(Required: 3yr experience with AP, Payroll, and tax reporting in QB)

 

• Manage Accounts Payable in QuickBooks


• Manage Case-Cost Accounting in QuickBooks and Abacus Case Management Systems


• Familiarity with processing payroll/ payroll tax reports and deposits/ B&O tax reports in QuickBooks


• Experience with Trust accounting


• Proficient in Excel, specifically using sortable and pivot tables


• Reasonably proficient in Microsoft Office as a whole


• Able to reconcile bank accounts


• Familiar with check scanning equipment


• Familiarity with the following a plus: TAS Software for IOLTA accounting; ABACUS Case Management Software; working with WA Department of Labor & Industries for Pension clients
