We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our fast-paced finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for financial accuracy. Job DetailsResponsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all aspects of our accounts payable and receivable functions. 2. Prepare invoices, bills, and financial statements. 3. Process payments and refunds in a timely and accurate manner. 4. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded. 5. Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or financial issues. 7. Provide regular financial reports to management, highlighting any areas of concern. 8. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. 9. Participate in financial audits and implement any recommended changes.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, specifically dealing with accounts payable and receivable. 3. Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. 4. Experience as a full-charge bookkeeper is highly desirable. 5. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. 6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. 7. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 10. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
