Part-time Accounts Payable and Receivable
This is not a remote job.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced part-time Accounts Payable and Receivalbe Clerk to join our team. The position requires a commitment of 15 to 25 hours per week and offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-30 based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle accounts receivable and payable tasks, check runs, and credit card processing.
- Accurately enter data into accounting software systems.
- Verify and approve invoices for payment, and prepare invoice deduction notices as needed.
- Respond promptly to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Conduct regular analysis of vendor accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Collaborate with corporate to submit check batches for processing.
- Maintained accounts payable files and generated related reports.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in accounts payable or related fields.
- Knowledge of accounting software systems and proficiency in data entry.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
