The Accounts Receivable / Billing Analyst, a pivotal role within the Accounting Department, will undertake billing, analytical, and collaborative responsibilities. Emphasizing customer service and teamwork is paramount to ensure precise invoicing and accurate revenue recognition on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate for the Accounts Receivable / Billing Analyst position should possess acute attention to detail and be adept at working autonomously to meet strict deadlines. Please note, this position is remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy Monitor account statuses and balances to identify discrepancies Conduct reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve any inconsistencies Maintain records of accounts receivable aging Keep clients informed about outstanding debts and deadlines Compile and present collection reports on a weekly basis Participate in month-end billing closures Prepare and deliver revenue analytical reports Assist with various projects as necessary Perform adjustments and corrective journals related to accounts receivable Please be aware that this job description may not encompass all duties and responsibilities of the role. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in billing, collections, and corporate or auditor accounting environments Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer skills Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and cross-train in various accounting functions High level of accuracy in data entry Compensation:
$60,000/yr - $65,000/yr
