Requirements

As an Acquisition Agent, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Identify and purchase properties that match the Cedar criteria
  • Build relationships with members of the real estate community
  • Provide an exceptional experience to sellers and partners
  • Be an active member in the local real estate community
  • Collaborate internally with multiple different departments including our in-house technology team to build tools that improve our internal processes and our partners' experience

Our requirements are:

  • Have an active real estate license or be willing to get one
  • A great attitude and personality both on the phone and in-person
  • Eagerness to learn and drive to take initiative and succeed
  • Familiarity with computers and CRM is a plus
  • Comfortable with commission-based income
  • Willingness to submit to a background check
