Position Description

  • Prepare routine and complex documents using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proof-read for spelling and grammar and professional appearance. Use formulas, statistics, tables, charts and/or presentations.
  • Create/draft, prepare and update documents such as reports, newsletters, processes, procedures, templates, etc.
  • Review documents to ensure information provided is relevant, accurate and current.
  • Review incoming customer requests/inquiries from various software applications and ensure they have been assigned properly.
  • Coordinate, schedule and attend meetings and other activities; take and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Follow up with customers.
  • Assist with taking incoming customer calls; respond to inquiries that require referencing a variety of sources and utilizing knowledge from training.
  • Provide administrative project support.

Skills Required

  • Proficient (intermediate level or higher) in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Good verbal and written skills, ability to use appropriate grammar, good with spelling, proofreading.

Skills Preferred

  • Expert in MS Office applications

Experience Required

  • 2+ year's administrative experience supporting multiple managers/supervisors

Experience Preferred

  • Senior-level/Executive Administrative Assistant experience within the past 5 years

Education Required

  • High School diploma

Education Preferred

  • College degree or college coursework preferred

Additional Information

  • Must be able to work on-site and remotely
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Able to work first 3 months without time off, except for emergencies
  • Able to work overtime when needed
