Requirements

  • Lead all aspects of the offices daily operations, including coordinating client care and intakes
  • Oversee client and caregiver relationships and work to build satisfaction and retention
  • Manage corporate, industry, vendor, referral source, and community relations
  • Manage office financials (e.g. create billing reports, finalize invoices)
  • Correspond and coordinate with outside referrals (e.g. case manager, physicians, hospice)
  • Provide oversight on compliance and policy procedures for home care agencies
  • Complete client intakes and develops appropriate service plan

Additional:

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and solution-focused problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn Wellsky software
  • Preferred (however, not required) degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field, OR relevant experience in service, healthcare management, human resource, sales, or other corporate-level positions.
