Superior Contracting & Maintenance, a leading property maintenance and turn-key service provider, is currently looking for an Appliance Repair Technician to join their team. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will have the opportunity to use your skills to help residents, providing friendly, quality service. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals while helping maintain the properties of Superior Contracting & Maintenance. The company values clear communication and quality repairs, which, as an Appliance Repair Technician, is a duty you will be responsible for handling.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair home appliances, such as refrigerators, freezers, stoves, dishwashers, and washing machines.
• Diagnose problems with appliances, and fix them through repair or replacement of parts.
• Provide customers with a friendly and professional attitude, creating positive experiences.
• Provide superior customer service while being time-efficient and providing long term solutions
• Accurately document all maintenance and inspection records.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest appliance technology.
• Meet deadlines and appointments with customers while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in appliance repair.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Good communication skills with a customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and read technical manuals.
• Manual dexterity, as well as being comfortable working with small parts and tools.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ammeters.

Benefits

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Salary: $75-$200/per job
