Role: Assembler Associate II
Location: Alameda, CA - 94502
Duration: 6 Months on W2 (Possible extension)
Shift Timings: 9 am to 5 pm
100% Onsite role.
Skills Looking For:
- Extensive micro-soldering experience is required.
- Working in the R&D dept and working with micro components.
- Must have microcircuit surface mount hand soldering experience of at least 5 years including BGA, flip chip or flat pack, and 0201 components.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, and Bill of Materials. Will be asked to report to the site and conduct a test of soldering skills.
- All work is done with hands using hot air guns and they must have extensive experience using microscopes.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in micro soldering along with an understanding of schematics. They must have the ability to ask questions if they do not understand things.
Interview Process:
- Initial phone screen by HM. Followed by an in-person interview which includes a soldering test. (Candidates need to do soldering when they get in person)
