Role Description
This is a full-time (or part-time) on-site role for an Assembler. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting custom control panels and other automation equipment. They will also be responsible for completing documentation and following procedures to ensure products are built to standard.
Qualifications (all of these are great,... but not require. WE WILL TEACH YOU)
- Not required but a plus - Experience in electrical or mechanical assembly
- Not required but a plus - Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable Transportation
- Willing to provide feedback and take constructive criticism. We want to know what you think, but please don't be upset if we don't take your advice. We will try to explain why so that you understand. We don't like to give orders, we prefer to give direction.

- PEOPLE WHO GIVE UP. Keep trying.
- DONT SANDBAG A JOB. If you get done early, GREAT. We will get you training for bigger, better things. WE will teach new skills.
- IF YOU MESS UP, FESS UP. We can't fix what we don't know about. We are all humans.
- NOT MY JOB - The owner has been known to sweep a floor or help build crates when needed. We all chip in.
