Electric Supply & Equipment (ES&E), a leading distributor of electrical products and automation, is seeking a talented and experienced Assembly Supervisor to join our team. As an Assembly Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the assembly operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.

Requirements

  • Manage and oversee the assembly operations, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and in accordance with established quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain assembly procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and quality of products.
  • Lead a team of assembly workers, providing guidance, training, and ongoing coaching to improve performance and productivity.
  • Monitor production schedules, allocate resources, and adjust work priorities as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Oversee inventory and parts management.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, procurement, and quality control to resolve any production issues and improve assembly processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that assembly equipment is in proper working condition and that the assembly area is clean and organized.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be comfortable with a mix of PC and Microsoft Excel based work.
  • Able to perform light physical labor (inventory, assembly, testing).
  • Prior experience leading others is preferred.
