Kelly Tillage is a global leader in the production of shallow tillage agricultural machinery. Headquartered in Australia, Kelly has been selling machines throughout the USA since 2006.

Due to significant increased demand, Kelly Tillage is building a brand-new assembly facility in Rogersville, Missouri, to service the North American market.

An opportunity exists for an excellent candidate to join our team as Assembly Team Supervisor (USA). The successful candidate will lead a team of assembly and warehouse personnel who will assemble machines in a safe and efficient manner, with a constant emphasis on quality and meeting the needs of the customer. A senior leader within the Kelly USA team, the Assembly Team Supervisor will lead by example in setting the cultural, safety, quality and value standards at the Missouri site.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a manufacturing environment and understand lean and 5S manufacturing principles. They will have over 5 years experience leading teams of people and will have a passion for delivering results and exceeding quality expectations.

The Assembly Team Supervisor may be required to travel to Australia from time to time for training and strategic planning purposes.


Beneficial qualifications, skills and attributes for the Role:

  • Over 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of CRM and ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365

Special Conditions:

  • Some out of hours work will be required
  • Current drivers license and a willingness to drive
  • Willingness to undergo a medical examination prior to commencement (if required).
  • Some overseas travel may be required (to Australia)
