What will you be doing?

Allurion is seeking an Assembly Technician candidate to support the manufacturing and assembly of the Allurion medical device. A successful candidate will be comfortable working in a clean, medical device manufacturing environment using assorted types of equipment and processes. Our Assembly Technicians are a key part of Allurion and drive production.

This person must be able to maintain accurate production records and documentation as well as be able to perform a variety of repetitive operations involving intricate details. The ability to adapt to any procedural changes as processes evolve is a must. To be successful as an Assembly Technician one must have good dexterity and eyesight to handle, manipulate, and inspect small components.

What were looking for in you:

  • A high school diploma or GED (equivalent work experience will be considered)
  • Previous experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, such as medical aerospace or food packaging is preferred.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to reliably commute to our Natick, MA facility.

This role is based in Natick, MA

Hours:
Our team works on a 1st Shift and 2nd Shift based on availability and need. Preference is considered whenever possible.
