United Tactical Systems is hiring Production Assembly Operators to build pneumatic launchers in our Fort Wayne facility. Candidates for this position typically have a strong attention to detail, some mathematical and computer entry/documentation skills, and are team oriented.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Read and follow detailed assembly work instructions
Produce both completed launcher units and sub assemblies
Uses hand tools, fixtures, or electronic tools to complete assembly tasks
An attention to detail with the ability to conduct basic quality control checks as part of normal assembly processes.
Completion of production and quality forms as required
Follow company procedures and directives
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company best practices, rules, and regulations
Qualifications for Production Assembly position:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred
Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment, or similar relevant experience preferred
Must be detail-oriented
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to work as a member of a team
Willingness to work designated shift (weekends, and overtime as necessary)
Physical Requirements and Environment:
This position will regularly require walking, standing, bending, and stooping.
The position will occasionally be required to lift items weighting up to 40 pounds.
Work will be performed equally between a production and warehouse environment.
Good manual dexterity is required for the assembly process
Benefits
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Veritable hours up to 29 per week
