We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Eyewear Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, assembling, quality control, and packing of eyewear. You will play a crucial part in meeting hourly production goals and maintaining our warehouse systems while ensuring the assembly of custom sunglasses and prescription eyewear. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential as you navigate through various workstations, adhering to job flow schedules. Your dedication to maintaining high workmanship standards and quality, as well as staying updated on procedures and policies, will be vital in delivering exceptional eyewear products. This position offers a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment in an optical laboratory setting. If you're looking for a hands-on role that requires excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality, we'd love to have you on board. Must pass background check and drug test.

salary: $15.99 - $16 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Pick, assembly, QC, and pack eyewear
Adhere to hourly production goals and warehouse systems
Assemble custom sunglasses and prescription eyewear
Learn and practice processes and procedures, including assembly of eyewear
Ability to work independently as well as in tandem with peers to produce quality work while
adhering to job flow schedule and maintaining several different workstations
Maintain acceptable levels of workmanship and quality (pass the majority of final inspections) of
all finished jobs coming out of the lab
Stay up-to-date on changes to procedures and policies
Comply with all company safety standards

The essential functions of this role include:
