We are looking for a partner who can demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment in achieving sales targets and account retention in a consultative sales environment, ideally with experience in HR technology solution selling.

With minimum six years of sales experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment. He/She will also be responsible for developing drives of any local sales and marketing plan in conjunction with the local teams and be seen as a pivotal supporter of the local business.

He/she will utile the combination of client relationship skills and Talent assessment experience to build customer relationships and develop new opportunities for revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies in the assigned territory to target and acquire new accounts.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and continuously nurture existing client relationships.
Manage key customer accounts, ensuring productive and professional relationships through effective use of CRM practices and open communication.
Develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities and maximize customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
Analyze the potential of the territory/market and track sales performance through status reports.
Utilize various social media platforms, emails, and cold calls to drive business development efforts.

Requirements:

Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for creating presentations and analyzing data.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in conducting need analysis and solutioning.
Ability to effectively manage stakeholders both internally and externally.
