We are the Original Cookie Delivery Company and make the best cookies in the state of Utah! We are hiring a new Assistant Bakery Manager. Come join our young fun start-up as an Assistant Bakery Manager and go home smelling like cookies!! This amazing opportunity for Manager on Duty includes overseeing daily operations in our Salt Lake City location. This is a Part-time position working 5 days a week.
Must be able to work Friday and Saturday. Sunday’s off.
Available shift: Flexible Shift:
5 days a week
4:00 pm - 12:30 am
Minimum Qualifications:
· Management experience 2 years required
· Previous manager on duty experience preferred in the food industry
· Ability to manage & motivate bakers and delivery drivers
· Strong Customer service skills
· Strong leadership skills, ability to direct, guide, coach and hold employees accountable
· Basic experience with Microsoft suite
Duties & Responsibilities
· Supervise shifts for bakers and delivery drivers
· Create and manage employee schedules
· Train bakers and delivery drivers
· Ensure team members are working efficiently and up to Chip standards
· Ensure amazing customer service
· Manage store cleanliness and organization
